I have more than 26 years of experience in business telecommunications and technology consulting. I own Communication Consultants, Inc., also known as Cloud CCI, where I help businesses evaluate and implement cloud-based phone systems, high-speed Internet, and related communication solutions.

I work with more than 200 carriers and providers, which allows me to recommend solutions based on each client’s needs rather than being limited to one company. My experience includes system design, vendor negotiations, number porting, call-flow development, employee training, and ongoing customer support.

What I enjoy most is simplifying technology for my clients. I take the time to understand how their business operates, identify where they are having problems, and recommend a solution that improves service, reliability, and efficiency while controlling costs.

I would describe myself as dependable, responsive, and very hands-on. I stay involved throughout the process and make sure my clients understand the system and feel supported after the installation is complete.
